spotting around ovulation?

Anyone ever have this?  I have not and it is somewhat disconcerting. I'm CD 19.  I am almost certain I O'd on 17 or 18 based on OPK, temp, CM and ovulation pain.  But yesterday and today I've been spotting. I've also had like a dull ache in my left ovary for the past few days.  I wouldn't call it pain, it's like it's talking to me. I did some googling and it does seem like it's a thing to sometimes spot at ovulation. We've also had a ton of sex and the past couple times I could feel the cervix really low, so maybe it's from that. But this happened like 18 or 12 hours after having sex. So, seems a little strange. Anyway, sorry if this is too medical of a question, and I can email my doc, I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this so I can know whether it's something worth worrying about.

Yes- I have spotted during ovulation. Not every time. Once it was very bright red and it freaked me out enough to call my dad (who is a physician and I hate asking him stuff like that but I was stuck at work) and he said it was fine and most likely ovulation related.

I tend to spot easily. I had quite a bit after one of my iuis and HSG and sometimes sex (like the next day).

Thanks @kindershlitz. I feel a lot better now. I won't worry about it. At least I know I'm ovulating.

I do if I run or work out around ovulation. It had happened 3 or 4 times this year so far.
