Strange looking ultrasound??

Hi guys! I had an ultrasound done today at 18 weeks. The scan was just supposed to be checking my cervical length, but the tech did print out a few pictures. After looking at them, I'm a little worried. My baby looks like her legs are on backwards!? I know it sounds strange, and I'm probably overreacting (I hope) but has anyone ever seen anything like this? The tech said everything looked fine...but I don't see my doctor until next Wednesday and I can't stop thinking about it. Thanks for listening to me ramble...

Baby looks fine 2 me, possibly crossing it's legs by the looks of it! When my cervix length was checked in my previous pregnancy they did an internal scan and nothing I saw made sense in that scan!

I wouldn't worry, it looks like your baby is resting it's leg on it's other knee. Like if you were trying to look at the bottom of your foot, you'd put your leg on your knee. All moms have those moments, of worry. But I really think it is nothing to worry. You're baby has such a sweet profile! It's absolutely adoreable!!

Looks fine to me. They're all curled up this early and you can't tell from what angle you're seeing her little foot. If the tech thought there was something wrong they definitely would have shown your doctor right away.

When I had my ultrasound I got a chance to see the baby moving around and saw how decieaving the pictures could be. Alot of times part of the baby's legs would disappear into the sac while it was moving around. If I were to judge off the pictures alone I would be so wrong in the way the body actually was placed.

Thank you all for your comments! I'm sure that the radiologist would contact my doctor if they saw any issues...but it's always nice to have other reassurance I guess I'm just overthinking things. I'll try to stop stressing over it..thanks again.

My last pregnancy, the anatomy scan looked just like that! I was scratching my head trying to figure out how the heck his legs were.

He is normal and perfect!

This is what I was going to say too.  I remember with DD's a/s there is one picture where it looks like her neck is broken, like almost bent in half I actually threw the picture away it was so creepy (they printed out 31 pictures for us so I felt OK with letting that one go).  But they can just bend and move so much they end up in all sorts of odd positions.  We have another picture of DD where one of her legs is up at her ears.  She is 4 1/2 now and her legs and neck are screwed on straight

Baby looks fine I'm pretty sure if something look out of place they would of pointed that out !!!! Some of my sonograms too I was like what is this !! Wow look at this ... But according to them it was a perfect ultrasound

Lol I just had mine done yesterday and towards the end of the scan I realized that I hadn't seen any arms yet!!!! I had to asked the doctor where they were! She reassured me they were there and i finally got to see them! I did get a cool pic that makes the baby look armless (I probably shouldn't think that's cool but I'm weird like that) and another crazy pic that looks like the kid has 5 fingers on one hand and like 8 on the other!
