Reason I guess boy is it looks like yolk sac is more on right but I can't blow it up if that isn't the yolk sac I say girl

Thank you! So I am really confused...I understand that it's on the left side of the picture, but isn't that the right side of my uterus? That's how it was explained on a blog I read (see pic below...this is explaining for a transvaginal ultrasound). Can you help me understand? As I understand it, you are supposed to hold the picture to your belly upside down (to you, right side up to someone looking at you) and that will show you what side of your body it's on. So as I interpret it, it would be a boy...
