Hey ladies before becoming pregnant I was on a pretty healthy eating schedule but now healthy is the last thing I want!! All I want is carbs and cereal! Please tell me I'm not the only one!!
I've heard this a lot, especially in my last BMB. I've never personally experienced it but that's probably because I eat a lot of carbs and cereal already lol.
That's what I'm going through right now because my nausea only seems to be calmed by carbs. I've been trying to get in healthy protein before tr nausea sets in to reduce my carb consumption, but remember whole grains are still important during pregnancy hope that helps
I'm with you. I used to love huge salads and lots of veggies with a protein. Now the thought of veggies and protein makes me sick and all I can get down are carbs (potato chips are the only thing that helps my nausea). I really hope that this is just a phase and once I get through the first tri I get my cravings for healthy eating back!
