I'm using Moms into Fitness prenatal workout DVDs, as well as taking walks with my son in his stroller
This week, it's been rough, between pregnancy exhaustion, a bad cold, and snowstorms two weeks in a row making walking outside impossible.
Exercising with a toddler in the house is a challenge, but the biggest changes have been trying to clean up my diet and eat healthier.
My motivation is that I'm determined not to gain 60 lbs like I did in my last pregnancy. I've lost 4 lbs and gained it back so far, so I'm at 0 weight gain . . . Also, I've heard that you can actually IMPROVE your fitness level during pregnancy. If you were already pretty active, it helps if you keep in shape. Anyway, with an infant AND a toddler at home, I'm going to need it!

What are you doing to stay active? Physical therapy 2x/week. Now that my perinatologist cleared me for exercise, i will be back in the gym for at least 30mins/day...i love the eliptical and circuit training
What is going well? I'm still pregnant...yay!
What changes have you had to make? Eating healthier...lots of fruit and veggies. I cut out coffee and junk food.
Motivation advice? When i feel lazy, i just remind myself how much i want a healthy baby and im moving again
