Any thoughts on RMA (Mt. Sinai)

I'll see them for the first time tomorrow after a chemical pregnancy and an 8-week miscarriage. I am a few days shy of 40 and my husband and I are very eager to have two kids.

The practice comes highly recommended from my OB (Spring OBGYN) and also friends who have used them successfully, but trying to go in with my eyes very wide open so any information you'd feel comfortable sharing here and/or privately messaging me would be deeply appreciated.
