We made cards with a picture of us just holding the chalkboard with September 2015 on it and the bottom of the card says 'and then there were 3'. But I just posted this picture on fb with an ultrasound picture The banner says coming soon we had our 12 week NT today; baby is 3in long with HB of 155 looking good!
My phone isn't letting me upload pictures but I posted 4 pictures on Facebook the first was a picture of myself and my hubby (this picture brought on a pregnancy meltdown) after driving for a few hours to take him back to the airport. It was taken at 4 am and I hadn't showered and had no make up on. But since I live 700 miles from my husband I wanted a picture with him so I could announce on facebook (he had been home for our first ultrasound). So the meltdown ensued and I told him I knew I was being dumb but I kept crying about this picture lol. So I posted that picture a picture of myself in a shirt that said lifting for two (as I enjoy lifting weights). Then I posted a picture of a jar of pickles that I love (conveniently called pickled bean) and then I posted a picture of our ultrasound.
My post was a pic of a vintage (50's style lady) who is pregnant and it says "I'm so crafty I make people". I can't upload pics but it's easy to find on Google images.
Will post with a few lines about how he has some studying to do before 9/4/15... It's done but we haven't uploaded it yet!! I don't know what I'm waiting for!
We aren't doing a FB post I did send this to my brother bc our last name is Pease And his name is Matt. He was so excited, so are our parents. My bestie lives a few states away and I'm going to mail her a can of baby peas with "sept 15" written on top. so many cute announcements on here.
We own a sno cone stand so we made a blue "daddy" sno cone, pink "mommy" sno cone, and blue/pink for baby since we don't know what we are having yet! Perfect because it rarely snows here in south Arkansas so that was a nice extra touch!
I am obsessed with The Simpsons so I just posted this. My husband loves it because he thinks people will scroll by and have to do a double take. I just posted tonight so hopefully it goes over well.
This is how we announced our little bundle of joy on Facebook. We added a sweet note about how we are excited to announce the newest member of our family coming in September 2015! The response has been overwhelmingly positive!!
Planning on having a photo taken of the hubs and I holding this sign. Probably going to post late march. Should be 16+ I don't really know why we're waiting so long. Anyone else just feel weird about posting? I know people will be over the moon for us, as our closest family and friends have been.
Aww, everyone's announcements are so lovely!! My Husband wanted to be the one to announce it, so we took a family pic hehe!! Dogs obviously had to be included!!
We told my family, but we haven't told his yet so we are on Facebook silence. We are hoping to tell his children this weekend because I'm about to bust! I hate keeping secrets!
We haven't taken ours as we want to wait until after our next ultrasound appointment for a larger US picture, but our plan is to have me standing (barefoot) in the kitchen holding the ultrasound pic. The caption will read "we're finally doing something right". Oh, and my husband, who is a big gamer, got me a maternity tshirt that says "achievement unlocked: duplicate genetic code".
