Leaking Fluid?

I'm 4 weeks 5 days today and I've had some leaking a few times - almost like I'm bleeding/starting my period. Could this just be urine or cervical mucus? It's pretty thin and cloudy, and mostly only happens when I'm going to the bathroom. Is this normal? I can't find any definitive info on it since it's so early in my pregnancy. I'm a worry wort - I know it's probably totally normal but thought I'd ask if anyone else is experiencing this. Sorry if it's TMI!

    I haven't experienced it but when my sister was pregnant she said that would happen to her. She said at one time she felt like she had peed herself cuz underwear was so wet lol

    Happening to me:) one of my like three symptoms. Wearing a panty liner has helped keep it from being really uncomfortable.
