follow up emails after interview

Hello,

I am looking for a new job.  I've had a few interviews and am waiting to hear back from them.  One interview was on 1/8.  They emailed me on 1/19 to tell me they were still trying to decide.  I emailed them on 2/5 to ask about any updates and they told me they were still deciding and to not hesitate to contact them to check on the status.  Should I email them again to check on the status or will I look like I'm nagging?

I think enough time has passed so it won't look like nagging! Just follow up with positivity - express why you feel like the job would be a good fit and reiterate how you are looking forward to hearing from them.

So the last time you heard from them was 2/5?  I would definitely email them now.  I think enough time has passed that it would not look over eager.
