expecting baby number 2

I have a 2 1/2 year old and i'm expecting #2 mid April. My son goes with me to Dr. appt. and gets all excited over hearing his little brothers heat beat. Also when we see a baby in town he tells everyone his baby is in mommy's tummy. He seems to be very excited but at that age in my opinion its hard to tell if he really understands. What i'm wanting to know is there anyway to help prevent/reduce jealousy once little one gets here?
