Stroller compatibility for Uppababy Mesa

Hey ladies! I recently purchased an Uppababy Mesa for my DS due in June. I am having a hard time finding a compatible stroller outside of the Uppababy line. My DD is 3 so I don't expect her to ride in a stroller much, but want to be able to offer a seat if her legs get tired. She is about 40 lbs and 40 inches. Oh, and I drive a sedan so I need something that folds well! TIA!

    I have done a bit of searching and have not seen any stroller other than an UB stroller that works with Mesa yet. Do you know if the Mesa works with a Maxi Cosi adapter? I ask because our seat, the Nuna Pipa, does and so it can be used with many strollers.
