I did my Glucose Test last week . No results yet so I am assuming that no news equals Good News!
& a few people have gotten us stuff from the registry. (Diaper bag!!)
My heart is as open as the sky.
Read about it on the blog
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

Baby Will born 8/18. He's perfect.
Anyway- I also had a surprise baby "sprinkle" thrown by my sister on Saturday. I was very surprised. I thought my sprinkle was April 11th- so totally thrown for a loop. I thought I was going to pick up my sister to go shopping on Saturday, then walked into a party- Luckily I dressed in normal clothes & not the yoga pants & tshirt I wanted to wear. LOL It was really nice and we got a ton of stuff we needed.
Lots of BFN's & failed IUI's w/clomid and/or femara
Finally BFP with femara & t.i.- son born 6/17/2010
Started TTC again around when DS was 3ish
Lots of BFN's with femara & t.i & ovidrel
Tubes clear, S.A came back low motility but high count
About to switch to injectables w/femara, did one last cycle with just femara & an IUI with ovidrel- stupid motility was fantastic in the sample, but count was 700,000 AFTER wash! Had to sign a paper to even still do IUI- BFFP (big fat freaking positive) Go figure!

we are team pink! So DD will welcome two baby sisters in July!
We have not purchased anything for the twins yet. We wanted to wait and see what we were having... now that we know, I'm sure I will be out and about this weekend looking for just the right things for them!

Hi everyone! Sorry I missed last weeks check-in. DH and I took a little mini getaway to Chicago for the long weekend and I completely disconnected from everything.
Today I am 24w1d so we have made it to V-day!!! It's finally starting to feel like this is going to happen. I had my 24w checkup this morning and things are going great. Next appointment is March 23rd at 28w which will be the fun glucose test I've heard such great things about
@iheartsippycups2 I'm so sorry for your loss, but congrats on third tri!
@julie21613 Congrats on team PINK!!!
QOTW: We've actually bought quite a bit for our little guy. We've got the nursery pretty well set up, I've got a few more décor things I want to do, but I should be finished with it in the next couple of weeks. I'm such a planner and I can't stand having the room sit empty. I've also made a few purchases of adorable clothes that I just couldn't say no to.
*****Siggy Warning*****
25w5d here. Our MFM appt went well last week other than little guy refusing to give us a profile shot which I was really wanting. Oh well. I spent time this weekend cleaning the craigslist dresser we found for his changing table and DH installed a light/fan in the nursery. 100 days til the due date so things are getting real!
QOTW: Other than fabric to make things, I bought a couple pairs of baby leggings and a pair of little lace up navy baby shoes I found on clearance. Want to see what I get at my shower before buying anything else.
**Signature Warning**
QOTW: I've bought a couple onesies and a hat/sock/mitten set but I'm trying to hold off buying stuff until after my shower. And we did buy the nursery furniture. It's very hard not to buy every cute little outfit I see!!
Thanks for the check in and congrats to our grads moving to third tri!
Today is vday!!! Besides that, nothing new is going on here. I have an Ob appt Friday and get to do my 1 hr glucose test.
QOTW- we have the cribs, bedding, car seats, stroller, diapers, and some clothes. DH's younger sister got us one of the car seats and his older sister got the stroller for us, which was really nice of them.
ALL WELCOME!

I'm 19w4d. I had an OB appt last week and everything is still looking good. Scheduled the a/s next Thurs. I'm anxious for that!! I might be feeling some now but can't tell for sure. I'm always wondering if my stomach is just growling or what. Haha.
QOTD: Right when I found out we're having a boy, I bought of few darling onesy outfits. I wanted to buy everything! I was dying from all the cuteness. I got a used crib from someone that we already assembled. I was a ball of tears once I put the sheet on. Made this all feel soooo real.
Have a great week!
Hi Ladies! I'm a few hours before 25 weeks, so let's call it that.
@CaringCat Thanks for the checkin!
@1220winterbride FX for great results on your glucose test.
@turquoisequeen I'm sorry your little guy wouldn't cooperate. I hope he gives you a clear shot on your next appt. When is that?!
@jessimi06 Congrats on VDay!! Awesomeness. Good luck for a low score on your glucose test. I had mine a few days ago and failed by 3 points.
AFM, the Grumpy Smurf. Well.
I had a lot of drama this past Saturday. I'm ok now. Very scary. Started having painful contractions around 12pm. Lasted til 2 when doc said to get me to labor and delivery. Got a nasty IV of magnesium (which has some awful side effects) to stop contractions (3-4 mins apart) and help babies brains develop. Also got an awful catheter. Those things suck. And doctor checked to see if dilated. (Not a fun experience) Which only showed a tiny bit dilated. All the while still painful contractions and they had to add the evil three stomach straps to monitor babies and contractions. I was a mess. By midnight or so, things slowed down. No more contractions but total anxious mess. By Sunday afternoon they stopped the evil magnesium IV and I finally got to sleep. Couldn't eat for a while. Only slept. Today started to feel a little better in L&D and under close watch. Had 5 contractions today but much farther apart. Had another series of steroid shots for babies lungs. Just got moved back to Maternity. Hopefully, baby girls will stay put for at least another 3-4 weeks.

1/30/2015 PPROM at 21 weeks, 3 days. Hospital bed rest to let these sweet peas cook. Holding on for 34 weeks!
17w1d and things are going fine. Just fine (not great) because I still have this placenta previa issue going on. I'm at peace with it now but still hoping the MFM doctor is right and it clears up soon.
QOTW: We just found out we are team PURPLE! So I can start thinking about the nursery, etc. We have tons of girl stuff from DD but zero boys stuff. Hoping to pick some things up for both babies at my local Mothers of Multiples club clothing & equipment sale at the end of March. A college friend also volunteered boys clothing from her LOs which would be great - just have to drive a couple hours to pick it up. But worth the overall savings. :-)

EDD: 8/13/15 with one baby (team unknown at this point)
A little info: I've had a worrying pregnancy so far. Spotting, bright red blood, clots early on. Lots of cramping. I have high blood pressure (I've had it before getting pregnant). I also have a positive ANA titer test so I'm on a daily aspirin. I was feeling more confident until I had spotting last night. Thankfully (and knock on wood) it stopped today. Had an emergency sono to check everything out and measure lots of things. Baby still good! They are suspecting my fibroids could be the culprit. I'm just keeping everything crossed!
QOTW: I bought a stuffed elephant that I gave DH with a little note attached to it when I told him I was pregnant. He kind of knew since we did infertility treatment obviously but I made it official with the bloodwork results. That's all we've bought so far.
Edited: I forgot to ask. How many vials does the second trimester blood work call for? I'm a freak about blood work and just want to mentally prepare lol. I'm not sure if the office I go to does the triple or quad. Thanks in advance!!

Hello new faces and good luck to those moving to the 3rd tri!!! We are 19w+5d!!! Time is ticking by!!! Don't know the sex yet, but hopefully soon. We have our level 2 ultrasound next wednesday and I'm on pins and needles waiting to find out! Admittedly, I had a lot of anxiety over worrying about whether or not I will have gender dissappointment... (anxiety... over worry and whether or not.... really? lol). I think I'm in a good place now though. I've always wanted a little boy then a little girl, but I've learned that life gives you exactly what you need, when you need it. So I'm choosing to let go of that anxiety... what's the point in worrying anyway?? So March 4th... get here soon!
In more exciting news we finally picked out a name!!! It will be the same whether our LO is a boy or a girl: Skyler (Sky)!!!
QOTW: We have gone absolutely wild at the registries, but haven't really bought much of anything yet for little Sky, but I'm getting shopping fever!
*****Siggy Warning*****
EDD: August 28th
How far along: today I'm 14w2d we go for the anatomy scan in April.
Upcoming appts: April for the sono and check up. Feels like forever!
QOTD: We haven't bought anything yet. I want to wait to see what we are having first. But towards the end of March we are going to start putting the nursery together. I want it to be perfect so I'm starting early. Lol.
