Red spots... Not pupps or peps

i have red spots on my belly that showed up during dinner. They are flat and bright red and look kind of like a burst blood vessel. Does anyone else have these?? Know what causes them? I'll be 40 weeks Tomorrow and I just started getting stretch marks last week under my belly button, the spots are above my belly button not near my stretch marks.
