Hey what happened I saw a couple posts saying you had gotten flamed..  Where at?  You want me to beat them up for you.. I cant see why you would get flamed you are so sweet!

I posted after I just found out I was KU.  I asked about a twinge sensation (similar to where that pinching sensation has been lately) that was so intense it woke me up from my sleep.  I actually posted it on SAL too.  Some dumb a$$ told me to get a pg book.  All of the girls on that post actually stood up that that girl on my behalf --- but wow, I just can't believe some of the personalities that hang out on these support boards!

It never ceases to amaze me how ignorant people can be.  Sorry you had to deal with that.. 

When is your dr appointment?

I have my first u/s this Friday afternoon.  I think I will be 5w4d.  I really should have waited until Monday to get the u/s done at 6 weeks....but I was impatient.  My first appt with OB is 1/20 for my 8 week appt (which I will be 7w1d along).  I am excited!  That will be the longest I have ever been pregnant.

Not sure if you know my story or not -- here is a recap for you if you don't.  I got of BCP in March, had a couple of long cycles (53 and 42 days).  When I got my second AF in May -- DH and I started trying beginning of June.  We tried and tried and all pg tests were negative.  Then I got super sick from food poisioning in July -- DH bought me a couple of digitals then to take just in case -- it was negative on 7/20.  After that long (LMP 5/27 to 7/20) I kind of figured I was out of the running that cycle.  We went to AK to visit my parents -- I thought I was getting AF while up there -- but only just a little bit for one day.  When we came back home after a week, I was getting very antsy for AF to come so we could try again -- and one night I had a dream that I had a 'pregnant' on a HPT....so the next morning I took it and it was! 

Now the nightmare began.  I saw my doctor -- who does not do OB stuff.  So, I had to find someone quickly as my LMP had me around 11 weeks already -- which I KNEW could not be right.  I finally told a friend of mine and asked who her doctor was.  I could not get into anyone there because they were no longer accepting March babies (even though I knew I was not).  I called around some more, no one could get me in for an appt until mid/end of September!!!  So, I called the first place again and got placed with their brand new doctor fresh out of med school.

I went in for an u/s to date me -- we saw a sac and embryo.  I started spotting the next day.  The tech told me I was "maybe 5 weeks" -- really under 5 weeks.  I met with the nurse then too.  Everyone seemed really grumpy -- not a good way to start pg appts!  Then a week and a half later I went in again -- there was a little bean shaped thing -- measureing 5w2d (or around there).  I still had spotting.  Then I came in a week later -- growth, measured 6w1d -- no hb and there was blood on the wand, and the sac had moved and started to break up according to the tech and I was diagnosed with a m/c. 

So, that is my m/c story in a nutshell.  The rest (misoprostol and D&C) you can see in my siggy block.  I am with a new OB (who performed my D&C) and new u/s technician office.  I am hoping this entire experience is better!
