Impossible to find a midwife!!

Does anyone have any recommended Certified Professional Midwives for an at home water-birth? My last midwife just didn't work out and I had to unnecessarily transfer into the hospital, because she couldn't come.

Please don't mention the home-birth circle. I already have their list. I'm looking for ones not on the list!

I don't know about at home birth, but the practice I went to has three CPM's and there were tubs for water births at the hospital. My doctor even allowed me to labor in one, although she drew the line at giving birth in it. I was originally going to use one of their midwives, they were great, but I had just enough complications that we felt better with the doc. I live in Dayton - would that be too far for you?
