Going Back to Work? Zirtual?

Hi Ladies.. I've recently gone through the application process with Zirtual and been offered a job with them.  Is anyone else working (or has worked) for them?  It took a while to hear anything after the application process so I assumed I hadn't gotten the job.  Now that I have, I'm feeling a bit apprehensive that this will really eat in to the flexibility I currently have with my son.  I should preface that I don't really need to go back to work but I thought it would be nice to add some type of financial contribution and keep me current on what's going on in the working world.  I know in the end I have to make this decision for myself but all the sudden I'm feeling really worried that this will change how my son and I have been spending our day to day, which is the whole reason I decided not to work.  Please no negative comments, I realize this is a job and will require my focus and attention, I'm just looking for feedback from anyone that's been in my situation.
