I think since you have it narrowed down to 2 you could wait until you meet him to decide. Maybe you will see him and his cute face and just know what to call him!
We are having trouble picking out 'the one' for a name........ I think it's because so many of our friends are pregnant and it's nerve racking to fall in love and then have someone use that name.....
I didn't name my kids until they were 2 and 3days old because I so indecisive and now with our third we are keeping gender a surprise Lord please help us lol and I think once you see your little boy you might just fall even more in love with one name or the other good luck
For us, we've known with all three. The moment one of us suggested the name, it was just "it". I can't imagine my kids with any other names. It's been hard for me being team green this time because while we have our boy name and girl name set, I don't want to get particularly attached to the idea of either because we won't be using one of them.
Definitely don't settle, and I wouldn't recommend waiting until delivery to brainstorm anything new. If anything, go in with two or three "definites" and see which one fits. Good luck!
I have always had a difficult time with names. My first son was named Gavin, and I am glad I did not go traditional! Gavin fits him perfect. My second son we named Ethan, and third Alejandro. So my last boy I didn't struggle at all, again I wanted a non traditional name that would make him stand out and be noticeable! So our little Finley will be here in June. So I have to say I like Gavin Michael over Colin. It's a little stronger and screams I am here! But just make sure it is a name you like to say a lot! Because you sure will be saying it. But good luck! I hope it helps!
Can someone remind me of the website where you put in names you like and they suggest more? I can't remember, and can't come up with the right keywords for Google.
I only had one name I really loved with DS. Luckily DH liked it too. I started to reconsider near the end but DH didn't even want to consider any of the alternatives. Ultimately, I am happy I stayed with the name I liked from the beginning.
This time around I have a few top names for a boy but I am struggling to find a girls name. I don't think I am going to luck out with DH just liking the same name as me again.
Re: Name struggles..
weve had sooo many names FOR SURE picked out and they change.
Soon to be Momma to Elliott ( 06.04.15 or sooner)
