Covers for Prefolds

I love my pre-fold diapers from Green Mountain Diapers, but the Thirsties Duo covers are kind of terrible. The worst problem with them is that they constrict on Baby's legs and leave ugly red marks. He doesn't even have chunky thighs to blame it on. 

Any tips or reviews on other brands of cloth diaper covers?

I got a set from Jillians Drawers and tried a few brands, then sent back the ones I didn't like and ordered more.
