It's been a while since we did flame free confessions.  Anything big or small you want to fess up to?


Me 33, DH 37 -- TTC since Jan'12 -- Low AMH (0.78) & endo, SA w/ low motility
IUI's 1-3 = BFN, IVF converted to IUI 4/13 = BFN
IVF 1.2: 8R 6M 4F -- 2 blastocysts frozen, FET 8/15 = BFP!!
Beta #s = 445;1,098; 9,545  -- EDD 5/2 -- Team Pink!
Camila Josephine arrived 4/30 :)

    One of the nursing instructors was staring at my belly in lab today... I was irritated so I went and got sun chips and a coffee drink to snack on during lab time. I figured if I ate like a fatty, she might think it's just fat rather than bump? Only 2 instructors know, and that's need-to-know because they're clinical instructors - they have to make sure I get help lifting patients. Don't stare at the belly! Not this early at least.

    Thyroid cancer & Hashimoto's (thyroidectomy 12/13, RAI 03/14, remission since 08/14)
    Ovulatory dysfunction, Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) *RULED OUT with confirmation test results as of 4/6/15!!!*
    Clomid + trigger + timed intercourse: BFN
    Femara + IUI: BFP!
    EDD 10/10/15
    2/9 - 5w2d - early cardiac activity!
    ER visit 2/13 - 5w6d - SCH
    2/23 - 7w2d - heart rate 165 bpm! SCH getting smaller
    3/6 - 8w6d - minor car wreck, SCH larger again
    3/30 - NT scan - lowest risk score possible at 1:10,000 for both Downs Syndrome and Trisomy 18
    4/6 - 13w2d - heart rate 165bpm :)
    5/5 - 17w3d - quick ultrasound looks like a GIRL!

    @cshm11 I like that your idea of pigging out in front of her is Sun Chips and Coffee :)  But yes, I hated people trying to make their own assumptions about my weight gain or semi bump early on!

    My obgyn told me to go back to eating clean. The thought makes me want to vomit. I've ordered out every night this week at work. I want all things Italian. Still only like 2lbs heavier. So whatever!

    Long of the Short:
     TTC since April 2013  DH 42 y/o I'm 30  Dh had vasectomy reversal Feb 2013 after 3 months developed scar tissue 
     First Re appt was September 2013 OOP for everything minus meds  
    DH's TESE surgery December 2013
    First cycle was February 2014 BFN none to freeze
     Second cycle was April 2014 BFP ending in Chemical Pregnancy none to freeze
     Third cycle June 2014 BFN none to freez
     Fourth cycle October 30th 28 retrieved, 13 mature and 12 fertilized
    PICSI, assisted hatching and fresh sperm from my DH's TESE surgery used
    5 FROZEN from a freeze all cycle! 
    FET completed on DECEMBER 9TH!!!
    Beta #1 13dp5dt BFP!! 800
    Beta #2 15dp5dt 2100
    Beta #3 17dp5dt 3600 
    First Scan January 5th! Everything looks great! Heart rate of 121!
    Second Scan January 20th. Baby Justone13 looks amazing. Heart rate of 175!
    Baby Girl is due August 27th
    Liv Annmarie born 8/25 7lbs 6oz 21 1/2 inches long

    2008 Married

    2009 Started TTC #1

    2012 Hormone studies/ultrasound, HSG, Clomid

    BFP ended in MC 

    2013 3 rounds of Clomid

    Hormone studies/ultrasound, SIS, polyp and bicornuate uterus removed

    DH varicocelectomy

    2014 Hormone studies/ultrasound, HSG, SIS, removed 2nd polyp

    IVF #1- retrieved 17, 3 mature for 2 day transfer, BFN

    IVF #2- September…our last chance….. retrieved 22, 6 mature blasts, 2 embies transferred, BFP (300 beta) on Oct 1st, Beta #2 675 Oct 3rd, Beta #3 2,484

    EDD Twins 06/09/2015

    1/30/2015 PPROM at 21 weeks, 3 days. Hospital bed rest to let these sweet peas cook. Holding on for 34 weeks!

    I have two weeks left of work before my leave starts (weeeeeeee!). A lady I've been training for the last 8 months put in her resignation on Thursday. Great! She just wasn't getting it and I couldn't stand her. Her last day isn't until a few days after my last day. I really wish they would've told her she could go that day to make my last two weeks more peaceful.

    MC Sept '10, MC Dec '10, DS born 2012

    Clomid + TI = BFP #1 March '13, MC April '13

    Gonal F + trigger + IUI #1 = BFP #2 10/21/13, MC 10/31/13

    Gonal F + trigger + IUI #2 = BFP #3 1/16/14, ectopic w/ heartbeat & rt salpingectomy 1/29/14

    IVF #1 - ER 5/9/14 transfer cx'd due to high P4

    FET #1 -  6/26/14 transferred 1 AA blast BFP!! Beta #1 13dp5dt - 1548 Beta #2 15dp5dt - 2748 Beta #3 18dp5dt - 7586

    My History:
    Lots of BFN's & failed IUI's w/clomid and/or femara
    Finally BFP with femara & t.i.- son born 6/17/2010
    Started TTC again around when DS was 3ish
    Lots of BFN's with femara & t.i & ovidrel
    Tubes clear, S.A came back low motility but high count
    About to switch to injectables w/femara, did one last cycle with just femara & an IUI with ovidrel- stupid motility was fantastic in the sample, but count was 700,000 AFTER wash! Had to sign a paper to even still do IUI- BFFP (big fat freaking positive) Go figure!
    1st Beta 13dpiui 54, 2nd beta 48 hours later 115, 3rd beta 48 hours later 310, 4th beta 72 hours later 1748.

    My secret is terrible - I am 9 wks along and being pregnant is making me way more miserable than doing IVF (we only did 1 round). I've been sick for weeks and am miserable!!! 

    My husband just insisted on making bacon for breakfast and IT'S DISGUSTING!!

    I find myself pushing my tummy out as much as I can so I look pregnant, rather than fat. I hate this in between thing!!
    PAIF
    pregnant after round 2 of IVF. Transferred 2 embryos and (surprise!) was pregnant with triplets. Identicals passed at 8 and 10 weeks. Still have one healthy baby boy with EDD of July 30!
