Public kicks and movements

Sometimes i wonder if people can she her kicking through my clothes. I can see it clearu everytime but when I'm in public or around anyone I wonder if they can see it too, I'm a little paranoid sometimes and I'm not sure if I should be lol I don't wanna say I'm embarrassed but I'm sure it looks kinda weird from the outside looking in..I love seeing it myself, but that's just me
