Going back to work Stash

How much of a stash did you have built up prior to going back to work if you want to continue to exclusively breastfeed.

You don't need a big stash; your goal for each day is to pump enough to replace what baby consumed while you were gone. You need enough for the first day and a small emergency stash (in case you spill, get stuck working late/traffic problems).

agree with PP. I try and keep about a 2 week stash. I give a full week to the sitter frozen and she thaws as needed and keeps an emergency day in case I forget to bring it when im supposed to! I chose to keep such a big stash in case my supply dwindles a little here or there!
