TWW Post for week 02/09

Welcome to this week's edition for the TWW!!!  This is for anyone who is entering the TWW this week or is in their TWW.

Where are you in the TWW?  When will you test?  Any phantom symptoms?

I'm 10DPO and my period is due tomorrow or Wednesday. If nothing by Wednesday am, I'll test with a FRER.

For Valentine's Day, we avoid the hoopla and cook a nice dinner at home. We usually make fun cocktails or have champagne, but since I'm starting IUI (if this cycle doesn't take), I'm limited to one drink a day. I told DH to learn some fun mocktail recipes.

10DPIUI, I think 9 DPO but not sure exactly. I tested on Saturday and today and the trigger is out of my system. My tests are stark white, which I guess is normal, but part of me is discouraged.  My official test day is Wednesday morning, so we will see. So feeling not too optimistic. If this fails we are moving to IUI 2.

Valentine's- We do nothing.  I have never really liked it and we don't buy cards or anything.  I might do something goofy and buy DH a 'treat' at the grocery store but that's it. 

@austrogermokee I haven't 'seen' you in awhile.  Good luck on your POAS day, I'm with ya.

@kindershlitz - that stark white HPT is so discouraging.  It's WAY early though!!  Everything is crossed for you IUI buddy!

Edit: STARK not start.  Spelling is so hard!!

It's good to be here! I sometimes take breaks because I feel like IF takes over my life too much. I've been trying to be more relaxed and optimistic.

Beta was negative.    I was ready for it and told my favorite NP that I wasn't surprised.  She replied that SHE was surprised and she was starting to get frustrated FOR me.  That's when I started bawling.  So discouraged...

Bright side, Walgreens called.  We're doing all injects next cycle and they called in Bravelle (not covered by my insurance at all - upward of $600 for all doses), Follistim ($180 for all doses through my insurance), and Gonal-F (FREE!! Because I've met my max out of pocket for formulary drugs this year - Yikes - but still).  Guess I'm going with the Gonal-F.

I'm CD17 of a 22ish day cycle. Period should be here by Sunday the latest. Not very optimistic this month because we only had sex once this month. DH is having a lot is stress/anxiety lately and unfortunately he has no desire for sex during these times.

I am 7 dpo today. No symptoms....af should be due by Sunday....so knowing my luck I will get a unhappy Valentine's day gift of a drop in temp.....but here's hoping for a more positive outcome! Literally!!

@emsmama15 sorry I was holding out hope for you! I'm disappointed for you. 

@kinderschlitz I asked about your testing on a different post then got here and saw your answer. Fingers crossed for you IUI buddy. 

@hooligans4 it's such a bummer when you have those kind of months. I've had a few of those where we just didn't get to it at the right time.

I'm 10dpIUI. I tested Friday night = a shadow +. Barely there but I'm chalking that up to the trigger not completely gone. BC I tested this morning with a BFN. Beta is on Friday morning.

I'm having very sensitive boobs which has been much more common since I started taking clomid.

We're going to do a nice dinner on Sunday to skip all the craziness of Valentine's night. Could be a great weekend or kind of a bummer.

I'm actually feeling a wee bit optimistic, my temps are still above coverline (they've usually started dropping by now), except for a dip on 8DPO. But I'm probably just in denial that we're going to have to do IUI and maybe IVF (this is our last Femara and TI cycle).

I'm CD20 4dpo - according to opk's and temps.  Yes! I'm finally temping on FF!  I'm feeling hopeful, but we had to work around avoiding BD for HSG and SA, so we only got 2 attempts in this time around.  I was just told by RE, our chances of conceiving naturally are slim because of my PCOS so I'm not going to psych myself out this time around.   I did, however, up my Metformin ER dose to 1000mg. 
I want to test on Vday just to do it and will wait for AF after that. 

We are staying in for Valentines Dinner and making our own awesome dinner!

I am 7 dpiui and just praying for patience. Has anyone done a FRER as early as 8 dpiui? I have been lightheaded and dizzy the last few days, but no other symptoms.

omg, i've been so out of the loop these last few weeks because work has been crazy!!! Just wanted to pop in and say hi and good luck to all of you in your 2ww. I think we're at 10dpo today. I hope to hear good news from somebody this time around!
