Joy or Fey. Fe in Spanish is faith. I'd add the "y" to it to help with pronunciation. We thought about this for our daughter but ended up choosing Grace, which is obviously an excellent choice too!

We were going to name our LO Elliana and had Grace picked as the middle name. I also liked Faith, Hope and Joy. I just realized how much of a hippie that made me sound...haha! But I honestly just liked those names.

I definitely am in favour of a one syllable middle name when you have three or more syllables in the first name. Flows better in my opinion.
