Hi Charity, I was hoping to reply to you sooner but since I just joined this site, it wouldn't let me post anything for over a week!
Have you started the IVF cycle yet? Do you know which protocol you will be on?
I am starting my 1st IVF cycle. I am on the bcp antagonist protocol because I will be egg sharing (donating half of my eggs), so right now I am on bc pills. I start my injections around 3/7/15 and expected ET day is 3/17/15 and ET day of 3/23/15. Having done injections before for my failed IUI, I am not too nervous. I really am just nervous about the outcome, and not to mention that someone else out there is relying on me to produce plenty of good quality eggs!

@Feliciaandmiguel That is awesome that you are doing that! I have a couple of questions if you dont mind my asking. My wife and I have been trying to get pregnant I have done 7 IUI with 2 CP and she had gone through 4 all BFN. Our new plan is to do "Co Parenting" so her eggs my body. Because you are egg sharing did you sync up your cycle with the person that you would be sharing your eggs with? If so about how long is the sync process?
We are currently in the final stages of securing all of the funds so I will make the call to start working on our first Co parenting IVF cycle start of March.

New Plan: Reciprocal IVF, me as carrier wife's eggs. Just went through insurance and received partial approval, so my part will go through my IVF benefits and wife's part will be out of pocket. Now just finalizing finance plans to cover the oop costs. Doctors office is in process of moving to a new building so there are no IVF start ups until March/April 2015.
@kristi&p Yes they waited for me to start AF and then once I did, I started bc pills on my cd3. They told me the intended parent would start bc pills that same week. I know they plan to have me on the bc pills for 25 days with a small break in between. I hope that helps!

Hey I'm so sorry to hear that. DH and I have been TTC since I took my nuvaring
out in June of 2012. For the first time in my life, I had a 54 day cycle.
January 2013 I was diagnosed with PCOS. Fast forward to January 2014. By that
time we had done 11 medicated cycles. Clomid started at 50mg and worked our way
to 200mg. We then added dexamethazone then switched to femara, add Femara with
iui's. Normal sperm counts too. Then, the beginning of 2014, we went to Menopur
injections for two cycles. We tried a few more times with IUI's and nothing
took. Then we took a break, trying on our own. Letting our bodies rest, because
we knew we were going to do IVF in January. I tried my hardest to really relax,
but I'll admit. I totally pos about 5-10 per cycle. Nothing ever happened.
Ever. Like I've never ever seen a second line, much less a
"pregnant".
