Is the miscarriage risk just up their first trimester with twins?

Or does the risk of miscarriage last longer than a singleton?

    It doesn't last longer, but the odds are double. Even for singleton pregnancies the risk of miscarriage/stillbirth/etc isn't gone until the baby is born.
