Moving to convertible car seats...

My girls are about 20 lbs each now, 9mos old and I've really been thinking about moving to the convertible seats. They're just getting too heavy to lug around. My fear is the logistics of it all. I have a DS who's 3 and the 2 girls. I do all daycare drops and pick ups and sometimes will take them out places on my own. Only one twin is mobile, but what happens when they both start crawling? How do I put one in and DS, what do I do with the other?

TTC #1 since December 2009

Onto IVF #2....scheduled for June 2013, cancelled due to high estrogen levels
IVF 2.1 re-scheduled for Sept. 2013 ER 9/26. ET 10/1 (2 transferred, 1 in storage). BFP 10/10 beta #1 105, beta #2 255

    My daycare is nice enough to let me call them when I pull up and someone comes out to help me-same thing when we leave in the afternoon. Ask if they will do that.

    I do everything with a stroller...get a cheap double umbrella to get the in and out. My day care lets me leave the stroller there in the morning, so I don't have to carry it in and out.
