Re-Intro (Losses and Children mentioned)

Hello I have intro'd before, my tale of woe is in my siggie. We found out not long after our marriage that DH was infertile with Azoospermia due to CBAVD because of Atypical Cystic Fibrosis, all of it was a shock, especially for him. But then with PESA and our first IVF/ICSI we were blessed with twins. Ever since then nothing has worked, we had a FET with the last two blasts from that cycle in May 2012 and ended up not viable with D & C surgery in July 2012. We tried another PESA and then IVF in November 2012 and ended up with nothing to transfer and learned that DH was not the only one with an infertility issue. It turned out I had DOR, very low AMH and high FSH and an embryo quality issue. We tried one more IVF, #3, in April 2013 and ended up with only 3 day 3 embryos and transferred them all and had a chemical pregnancy. Ever since then I tried to live with the losses and move on but found I could not. I talked with one of the "big" top clinics in July 2013 and just now, after all of this time, finally with DH on board, took a trip there for their full day work-up. It was a full day especially since DH had to see their infertility urologist, the most dreaded part for him since he will need a fresh PESA at ER if we go forward with IVF #4, according to the RE there is no point using frozen. Plus DH had a bad experience with the infertility urologist and now refuses to see that one and I have to find another, ugh. We will also need CCS testing and a FET too, if we even have any blasts to test and if they will even let me cycle with my own eggs. As for the tests we had, communicables, genetic testing for me because of DH's dx, they were not happy with the panel I had previously and then I also had a uterine bloodflow doppler and a hysteroscopy. I also qualified for a supplement study for people with DOR and failed IVF. And after all of this we will not know until they receive my Day 3 labs with AF in February if we can even cycle with my own eggs. So we wait and wonder if we paid for all of this required pre-testing for nothing?

Welcome! I am sorry for your losses. Wow, you have a lot going on! Luckily this is a great group of ladies who give great support. I want to wish you luck and all the testing comes out great and confidence in any decision you two will have to make. Most importantly, I hope your stay is short and sweet!

Welcome. I'm mobile so I can't see your sigi but from what you said in your intro you have been through so much.
I hope you get good results from all your testing. Would you use donor eggs if needed? We have several grads who used donor eggs.
But I welcome you and wish you luck.

hooligans4 my DH is just not interested in us going the donor route so this is truly our final step. A scary thought.

Well then I hope going to the new clinic works for you then. It seams like they are giving you good odds.

Welcome! How old are your twins now? That must be a handful. My DD keeps me on my toes so I can only imagine what it must be like with two! Sorry for your troubles TTC again. This is a great place for support. I hoep your stay here is short of corse! Good Luck!
