FET Tomorrow

I'm excited, nervous and completely scared!  This may well be the end of my TTC journey if this frosty doesn't stick.  I have 2IF due to the fact that chemo left DH infertile.  I don't know that we'll be able to afford another fresh round.  I'm just praying this one works out.  If you can spare some positive vibes, good thoughts or prayers to whatever god you worship I would be thankful!

    Me 37 y/o, DH 45 y/o; DH vasectomy reversal (his 2nd marriage) 11/8/12; TTC since 12/8/12. IVF due to MFI. DOR diagnosis April 2015.

     

    IVF #1 BCPs/Antagonist w/ICSI Jan 2014 = BFN

    IVF #2 MDL w/PICSI March 2014 = BFN

    IVF #3 EPP/Antagonist w/PICSI May/June 2014 = BFP!; MMC 6w4d

    IVF #4 No suppression/Antagonist Nov 2014/Converted to IUI #1 = BFN
    IVF #4.1 Feb 2015 = cancelled
    IVF #4.2 April 2015 - Lupron Stop Protocol with ICSI = PGD testing of embryo indicated it was abnormal
    IVF #5 June 2015 EPP with Antagonist

    TTC since February 2013 --- mild thin PCOS (or not, depending on which RE you ask), MFI

    TI#1: BFN (April 2014; Clomid 50mg x5 days, Estrace x5 days, Clomid 50 mg x4 days)
    IUI#1: c/p (May 2014; Letrozole 2.5 mg x5 days, Estrace x5 days, Bravelle 75 IU x10 days)
    IUI#2: abandoned... O'd early & DH hormone issues (June 2014; Letrozole 2.5 mg x5 days, Bravelle 75 IU x2 days)
    IUI#2.1: BFN (July 2014; Letrozole 2.5 mg x5 days, Bravelle 75 IU x4 days)

    Moving on to IVF. (Why we're moving on to IVF)

    IVF#1 (w/ICSI): BCP 9/9-9/23. Gonal-F, Ganirelix, Low-dose HCG (antagonist protocol). 41R/35M/32F... 2 transferred on 10/14, 14 frosties! On cabergoline to help avoid OHSS. BFN, possibly because of 90% drop in estrogen and progesterone a few days after ET.
    FET#1: Transferring 2 on January 8. BFP! beta#1 (1/17): 408, beta#2 (1/20): 1310, first u/s scheduled 2/5

    2/21/2014 First BFP EVER....ELATED
    3/28/2014 Miscarried.  DNC performed that day. 8w6d
    6/20/2014 FET 2 frosties.  
    6/30/2014 SO HAPPY...BFP #2
    7/21/2014 First u/s.  Low heart rate. Scheduled 2nd u/s in 1 week. 6weeks
    7/28/2014 U/S #2...no heartrate.  Scheduled DNC for 8/1/2014 7weeks
    2/15/2015 IVF #3  E2 Protocol ER 12 eggs retrieved.  ICSI'd 9.  
    2/20/2015 2 transferred. None to freeze.  
    03/2/2015 Beta 4 - CP 
    4/2015 IVF #4 E2 Protocal
    4/19/2015 ER 13R, 11M, 10F w/ICSI
    4/24/2015 ET 2 blasts none to freeze

    Good luck! My FET is today too :)
    Me: 27 yrs old. Arcuate uterus, very short luteal phases (even with progesterone supp.), naturally long irregular cycles, poor response to all IF meds
    DH: 27 yrs old. Low morphology
    TTC since Jan. 2014. No BFPs ever :(
    8/14: 1st IUI w/ clomid, BFN
    9/14: 2nd IUI w/ clomid, BFN
    10/14: 3rd IUI w/ clomid, BFN
    12/14: 1st IVF, BFN. 6 eggs retrieved. 5 fertilized. 1 transferred. Two frozen embryos
    2/15: 1st FET scheduled. Cautiously optimistic.

    Everything crossed for you! 2IF is a special pain in the arse.
    ETA: I just noticed that we had our FETs on the same day.

    Will you test at home? If so, when will you start? 

    I ordered my tests carefully so that they would arrive tomorrow afternoon. It is so hard to behave.

    I will try to hold out until Wednesday but will probably start Tuesday at 5dp5dt!

    Pookster1020! I took my first test this morning as I got my last two positives on 4dp5dt, but I have 6 tests so I'll do two tests a day until my blood draw on Friday if that is what it takes. I'm not having great feelings about this transfer though. We shall see.

    Last time I didn't get a positive until 6dp5dt so I would be surprised to see anything tomorrow.  I will be testing twice a day as well - just to torture myself a little more!  I have zero symptoms so I'm not too hopeful for this cycle either.  Here's hoping we're both wrong!

    FXed for you! My DH also had chemo, haven't gone back to get his sperm tested yet. I'm hoping there's still plenty left! We have a check up tomorrow with his oncologists to make sure nothing spread!
    28 yo, married this past July. DH is 29 yo and a 2 time cancer survivor. TTC for 2 months now

    @Shirley712 - Good luck to you!  My DH is older than yours which from what I understand is definitely a factor.  We were also told that it can take up to two years for it to return to normal levels.  He finished chemo just over a year ago so will be retested again but I'm not getting any younger and didn't want to wait
