I've been on a low dose (40/day I think) of Lovenox during my pregnancy. I usually take it around 9:45-10:15 at night. I'm switching to Heparin shortly and the doctor told me it will be twice a day. I started thinking about it and realized I can't do it at 9:45 and 9:45 because of my work schedule. I'm going to aim for about 7 am and 7 pm. I've been gradually making my shot 15-20 minutes earlier each day and I'm down to about 8:50 now. Do you think it's ok to keep doing that so that when I switch in 1.5 weeks, my body has a semi consistent amount in its system? Or am I way overthinking this? Thanks!
Our Novel of TTC:

Our healthy baby girl was born 03/10/15 thanks to daily Lovenox injections and baby aspirin. There are no words for how grateful I am for our rainbow baby.
