Anyone replace the aplix landing strip on any BG diapers?

I'm expecting baby #2 soon and all my BG and Flip aplix are shot.  I took great care and always line dried them, but they don't stick anymore.  The refresher kit only includes replacements for the laundry tabs.  If you replaced any, where did you get the velcro?  I heard you can't get it at JoAnn's.
