ruptured cyst

I have a new ob/gyn but I have to wait until Wednesday to get an ultrasound and a week after that to talk to my doctor.

Pretty much I'm going to them for a second opinion. I had surgery 2 years ago to remove cysts, test for endometriosis and they found fluid behind my uterus and my uterus was almost twice the size of what it should be and it was swollen. I got pregnant a few months after the surgery.

I'm in so much pain right now though. I'm 5 months pp. I had sex about 4 weeks ago and I'm not sure if a cyst ruptured. I keep getting stabbing pains, there's a ton of pressure on my spine like right where my uterus would be. I feel weak, sick and tired from the pain. My new doctor gave me antibiotics for bacterial vaginosis(sp?) She said it could be making my pain worse but it doesn't explain years or pain and the other symptoms.

Has anyone experienced this?
