Monday - DH works, so leftovers for DS and me. I may have tilapia and veggies instead of the meatballs.
Tuesday - bacon jalapeno popper quiche
Wednesday - DH works again, so leftover quiche for us
Thursday - birthday dinner for my brother at Texas Roadhouse.
Friday - crock pot ribs and macaroni salad
Saturday - hopefully dinner out with friends. If not, chicken fettuccini alfredo with broccoli
Sunday: Superbowl snacks
Monday: Roasted chicken, roasted red potatos, broccoli
