Biggest Loser Check-in 2/2/15

ONE WEEK LEFT!!  We can do this!!

Hey Ladies!  Time to send me your weights and talk about our week!

QOTW:  Do you want to continue our biggest loser "competition" after next week?  I will still award a winner next week, but we could continue the competition as is or change it to a "healthy living check in".  So let me know 1) continue competition, our weights on 2/9 will be our new starting weights 2) just change the check-in to a healthy living check in.

BFP #1 7/21/2013--EDD 3/30/14--D&C 9/24/13
BFP #2 1/28/14--MC 2/7/14

IUI #1 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
IUI #2 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
IUI #3 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
IVF #1, Stimmed for 12 days, ER 8/22/14, 9 retrieved, 7M, 7F!!  Freeze all due to fluid in uterus.
FET end of October 2014 cancelled due to fluid in uterus due to possible c-scar defect
Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
MOVING TO ADOPTION!

    1.  Something you are proud of 
    I lost weight (even if only a fraction of a pound) after eating out 2 times AND attending a super bowl party.  And I'm feeling strong.

    2.  Something you need to work on
    I only have 15 days until we leave for Florida.  I want to try to lose a bit more weight before I go!
    3.  Your plan
    I'm going to REALLY follow WW this week, count alcohol and all of my food :)

    QOTW:  I don't care either way!

  • 1. I controlled myself during the Superbowl
    2. I slacked on exercise a little this week because my neck has been hurting.
    3. Esting healthier and exercising.

    QOTW: I like the competition but a healthy check in would be awesome too!

  • 1.  Something you are proud of - I actually followed Drs orders and stayed off my feet after my surgery. I usually would be up walking (trying to run) right away.
    2.  Something you need to work on - Being nicer to myself
    3.  Your plan - I will be watching my intake closely this week to make up for my lack of exercise.

    I am okay with a healthy living check-in instead, but if the competition helps anyone else, I am game. 

    Mark me down for staying the same weight from last week. I am really proud that I didn't gain any weight with my lack of exercise last week. It could have been ugly.

    1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh

    1.  Something you are proud of: My eating was SO much better this week
    2.  Something you need to work on: Still working on cutting down my soda, most days Im only drinking 24oz, I'd really like to get it to 12oz or none
    3.  Your plan: Same as before, continue healthy eating and the temps should be better this week so hopefully I can get some walks in

     Stopped preventing when DS was 6 months old (4/13), really started TTC 10/13
    Started clomid July 2014, 3 failed rounds of clomid w OB (low pro on CD 21) sent to RE

    HSG and blood work all good
    round 1: clomid and trigger shot~BFN
    round 2: clomid, trigger and IUI~BFN
    round 3: clomid, trigger and IUI +4 booster HCG~NOPE

    On a break!!! Til April/May 

    round 4:clomid, trigger (missed IUI window) NO fricking way BFP

  • We are still going strong at cooking lots of meals and we have tried some new recipes! I'm proud of that.

    I need to work on making better snack choices. I'll be super healthy for meals but between lunch and dinner I'm starving and never make smart choices. Today I ate a KitKat but an orange would have filled me up much better!

    Plan: watch those snacks and do some exercise! I have been resting a lot during these iui cycles and I know it's not necessary to lie around for two weeks.
