Just out of curiosity, for the moms that were overdue... How overdue were you?

40.3 here and NO signs of ever having a baby. I must be an elephant!

40.5/6 for this one depending on which due date you use, 40.3 with my first.

40+5 and was only 50% effaced, not dialated. Very few sporadic contractions. LO was born via RCS since I didn't go into labor.

I was 41w2d when I went into labor on my own. I was having contractions off and on for a month. This was baby #3. DD1 was induced at 39w3d and DD2 was born at 39w6d after I went into labor on my own. Definitely didn't think Baby #3 would be that late.

Contractions started at 40.2, gave birth 40.4. No signs of labor until the morning of 40.2. Prior to that I truly believed I would be pregnant forever.

Today I am 40 and 2 days. I am feeling like she could stay right there forever. I'm extremely frustrated!

I was 41w1d. I was induced at exactly 41 weeks due to only being 2 cm dilated for 3 weeks and having no contractions.

I'm currently 41+2. I'm being induced at 41+4. At 40+4 I was at 0 dilation and 0 effacement. No contractions besides BH and no signs of labor starting on its own. I've been fairly comfortable considering.

I was induced at 41+1 and DS was born that day.

I was scheduled for an induction at 41+1 but went into labor in my own that morning. DS was born at 39+1 and I had been 2 cm and 50% for a month, so I never imagined DD would come so late.

FTM, but I am now 40+6. Getting pretty darn anxious. Have a doctor's appointment and NST this afternoon. Last appointment, I was 1cm, soft, but baby was still floating around, not engaged. He's also been measuring huge. Had an ultrasound at 38 weeks that estimated 8 lbs 12 oz and a head above 99th percentile...based on his measurements, that ultrasound gave Jan. 15th for the due date. That obviously didn't happen. We shall see! Hopefully he isn't too big to fit now!

Also, I've been having prodromal labor for the past 2 weeks now. And Braxton-Hicks pretty much all day every day. I think my body's officially confused. Haha

40+6 here and only 50% thinned as of last week. No contractions or anything yet. I had an NST on Friday and she's just fine chilling out in there. Was supposed to have an appointment today to talk with my doctor about my options but they rescheduled for tomorrow due to the 10 inches of snow we got here last night. Feeling like she is never coming out because of absolutely no labor signs yet. Very frustrating.

My son was born at 40w2d. Incidentally, I was also born at 40w2d though my midwife says it's not related.

I'm 40 weeks 5 days and getting a little anxious. Baby is super cozy and taking his sweet time! I have another NST tomorrow and my doctor set-up an induction for Wednesday evening. I didn't think I'd be pregnant this long because DS came on his due date. Hang in there, our babies are coming soon!

I was 5 days overdue. I had an appointment the day I went into labor and wasn't dilated at all but by 730 that night contractions cans on strong water broke at 10 and by the time I got to the hospital at midnight I was at 3.5. So what I learned is that labor can just happen without warning! I was scheduled to be induced but really didn't want to so I guess baby got the point that he better come on his own.

I'm 40 weeks 4 days now and my doctor has pretty much forced me into induction on tomorrow. I haven't dilated past 1 cm and I am unsure of my effacement. I'm really nervous about being induced because of the possibility of c-section. I just hope everything goes well. If I had it to do all over again, I'd get a more understanding doctor who would be okay with me going to 42 weeks. Good luck to all the moms still waiting!!

DD- 41 weeks, no signs of labor until day before she arrived.
DS- 40 + 5, no signs until that day.
Good luck, I know how frustrating waiting gets after passing the 40 week mark!

I'm 40+6 today with baby no2 and feeling very fed up & emotionally drained. My son who is 3yrs old was born at 42+1 so it's like déjà vu for me! No signs of labour yet. My last labour was a nightmare after a great pregnancy. And this pregnancy has gone smoothly too so I'm worried im in for a horrible labour again.
Got a midwife apptment tomorrow & induction booked for next Tuesday when I will be 41+5 but Im really hoping I don't have to go down that route again.
