18weeks #2-nursery?

I'm pregnant with number 2 right now. I have an almost two and a half year old and am wondering if there is a good or bad time to set up Nursery for #2. my concerns are mainly for my toddler. earlier or later better? TIA!

Will they be in separate rooms? Once your first has grasped the concept and accepted the fact that a new baby is coming they might like to help decorate for their new sibling. Mine are far apart in age so when DS turned 5 we did up his new room in Batman theme as his birthday present and got him a car bed then he didn't feel like his baby brother was taking his room. It's good to have them settle in to their new space and be adjusted before major baby adjustments happen.
