Anyone else have spotting after first internal exam?

I just had my first doc appt on the afternoon of 1/28, including a Pap and a vaginal ultrasound. The doctor said I may experience some spotting afterward because everything is sensitive down there these days. I didn't have any spotting until this afternoon when I had some pink spotting when I wiped. I already spoke with the nurse who said as long as it's just spotting and I'm not bleeding a lot or cramping, that it's normal. Just wondering if any of you also experienced this after your first exam and how common it is. Thanks!

I had it for a day after my first vaginal ultrasound.

I didn't, but I was told that it is very common.

In my pregnancy with DS2 I had spotting after every exam and internal ultrasound.  It's pretty common.

Thank you all! @LittleMommaBlueHen‌, do you remember how much you spotted after your exams and for how many days? I've only had it after wiping twice today, but hoping it stops soon ... it just makes me nervous even though I'm sure everything is ok!

I had pink spotting after my first transvaginal ultrasound but not after my second.

It was usually only a day (or less), and not very much.  Seeing blood while pregnant is always nerve wracking, but in this case you pretty much know the reason for the bleeding.  Try to relax (easier said than done, I know.)

I also experienced implantation bleeding on 8dpo and one instance of spotting during week 5, so I'm guessing I'm just ultra sensitive down there!

I didn't but I've heard it's super common. Don't freak out. It's something you can expect after your first exam.
