So I realized today that we don't have plans for Sunday and I may miss out on some really great gameday food. It got me thinking about what I would make if I could only pick 1-2 things (impossible with a gameday spread).
So what foods are you looking forward to most this Sunday? I need some inspiration if I'm gonna cook.
I love wings honey BBQ is my favorite, I also like meatball subs. Pinterest has some awesome recipe for the crockpot for game day if you are looking for something unique or different.
I feel I like this recipe is something I need in my life. Care to share?
Yes! I'm born and raised from Buffalo, so this is my "I'm a one-trick pony" recipe and the only thing I'm allowed to bring to parties
Ingredients: 2 8oz. blocks of cream cheese 6 to 8oz. of Frank's Red Hot Sauce (regular, not the wing version; add more if you like spicy) 3/4 cups of chopped celery 8oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese 1lb. chicken breast
Directions: 1. Chop up the chicken very fine and cook on stove-top. I like to season mine with Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Salt, but salt and pepper works too. 2. In a big pot, mix cream cheese, Frank's, and half of the shredded cheddar until smooth. 3. Mix together mixture with chicken and celery. Stir until thoroughly mixed. 4. Pour into a glass dish for the oven and spread evenly, laying the other 4oz. of shredded cheddar on top. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
I eat it with tortilla chips when it's done. It's SO good!

I'm also making Wisconsin beer dip and serving it with pretzels. Mmm so good.
