Questions for Birth Mother

We've been chosen along with 2 other families to be interviewed by a birth mother in about 2 weeks.  H and I are super excited - but obviously also really nervous.  Our SW told us we should come up with questions to ask her as well, which I would love to do, the problem is I'm coming up blank on what to ask.  This is the first time we've been chosen to talk to a birth mother - so I have no idea how this is going to work.  I was hoping I could get some advice from you all?

I guess I'm hyper aware of what I say and am super concerned because she has already had the baby, and has been parenting for the last month.  By the time placement happens, she will have parented for just over 2 months.  That has to be so hard.
