I mentioned to my dr that I want to stop taking if I don't need it because I just don't like taking pills, and she just said that there's no need since it's just vitamin B6 and an antihistamine. I've only been taking 2 at night. My sister took hers her entire pregnancy. She said that when she missed a dose she felt "sort of hung over" so I feel like if I do stop it, I'll have to ween myself down.

I stopped taking because I couldn't get over the exhaustion. Aside from the horrid morning sickness I felt fine just stopping. Anywho, if you don't have the morning sickness just stop.
