Itchy Breasts??? Like reallllllly bad

Hi all- just a quick question.

My breasts started itching really bad, about a month ago. its an itch that doesn't go away until I'm so sore from itching. I used to EBF until my milk diminished due to being preg so now i FF. the thing is, they started getting itchy just before i found i was preg? is it related? I went to the drs and he prescribed Cetraban cream that doesn't do anything ! Sudo-Crem (sp?)  works better. Its around the nipple and sometimes right in it? no changes to appearance ha.. any ideas??? TIA
