2nd cerclage nerves!!

hi all you lovely ladies 

i am currently 11 weeks pregnant with baby number 2.. i had my DD almost 6 months ago via emergency c section due to her heart rate dipping and i fell preg whilst on the pill ( i didn't miss a single day!)  .. i also had a cerclage placed at 13 weeks and it went fine. For some reason i am getting really nervous about my upcoming cerclage on the 10th Feb- I'm wondering if i will feel any different ?? will recovery be the same?? any ladies who had had more than one cerlcage please do tell me your experiences TIA
