advice after ectopic pregnancy please

So on the 15th January I found out we were expecting again was very excited, unfortunately on Sunday evening I was in a lot of pain and went to er. They sent me to an early pregnancy clinic the following day who did a scan, they said they thought they seen a small pregnancy in my womb but 1 tube was also block after taking blood to check the hcg I got a call a few hours later saying hcg had doubled and to return the following day. So I did that another scan check tube first and there was an ectopic in the right tube, that evening rush for emergency surgery and had the tube and pregnancy removed. Since then 2 days ago I haven't had any bleeding? Should I be bleeding or when should I expect to bleed I've Google but only getting when af will come again.
