3-4. Waiting to hear from the RE if I should trigger tonight for upcoming IUI, (follie was at 19mm this AM) hopefully tomorrow and Friday will be our procedure.

    5. I want to be hopeful  I guess we will have timed it right.  I feel really good about where I am going so I just have to hope for the best.

QOTW: I really like this board because I have nobody in real life that can relate to what we are going through right now.  There are so many knowledgeable and supportive people here. Since we have hit the year mark, I have really started struggling with it emotionally, so I am thankful for an understanding community. I'm still disappointed about the whole Bump shake-up and I'm not really adjusting the the other place yet.

    Will do @lcwed
Good luck at your appointment @dwmmwd

IUI #2 this morning with Femara, Menopur (2 injections this month), trigger, progesterone supps, acupuncture, CoQ10, no alcohol or diet coke (it's been a hell of a month! :))

    4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test?
2WW as of about 9:15 this morning.
    5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
I'm hopeful yet realistic.  At 40, one little follie doesn't give me the best odds, but my mantra of "it only takes one" if getting me through.  My hubby had an awesome post-wash count again today, so that's a positive too.  I'm feeling relieved and calm because we have a plan for next month to do all injects (if I don't get my BFP).
QOTW: What is it about our board that you love?
I've ventured out to other boards and I love the maturity of our board.  I'm constantly amazed at how mean some people can be - seemingly just to create drama.  I love that we have little to no drama.  I miss those who have left, but I also have a hard time navigating the new board so I tend to stay here and pop over there now and then.

Feel free to add any vents or shout outs.
@lcwed - may AF return soon!
@dmwwmd - I hope you get good news on your blood work!
@kindershlitz - IUI buddy, good luck tomorrow and Friday.  I'll be thinking happy, fertile thoughts for you!

    3. Will be be doing OPK this cycle with Wondofo... used frist response digital last cycle which said "No" all month yet I still got pregnant with a chemical pregnancy :/ So my faith in that test is blown. Hoping Wondofo is more accurate.

    4. CD1 woo hoo!

    5. Hopeful for this cycle. if it works out #2 will be pretty much exactly 2 years younger that DD since we conceived in Feb 2013 before.

QOTW: For this board in particular I love that it was not as effected by the craziness that has happened on all the other boards with MODs and stuff. We seem to be pretty chill and mature in my opinion ;)

@kindershlitz and @emsmama15: Good luck with your IUIs!!!

@KirstenAlecia: I hope you get some answers or assistance at the appointment. Your sadness makes my heart ache. Sending you a hug this afternoon.

    1. URMySunshine77 in Northern California.

    2. TTC#2 for ten months, nine cycles.

    3. I'm temping, drinking reduced caffeine, and doing acupuncture sometimes. DH just left on a two week work trip (through my FW). There is absolutely no hope this month. I'm pretty sure he can be home in my March FW, though.

    4. CD8. I'll probably ovulate on CD15 or 16. I'm not doing OPKs this time.

    5. I'm losing some of my optimism. I just can't believe that it hasn't happened yet. Also, I don't want to talk to DH about getting a SA, but I think the info could help. I am going to try my best to get through February and say positive in March. Maybe I'll mention the SA if we don't get a March BFP.

QOTW: I love the nonjudgmental attitude of our board and its unconditional support. I have only told my sister and one friend that we are TTC, and I don't talk about it with them. DH is really private, too. This is my safe haven.

Always hopeful, but at the same time keeping expectations low. Sure would be nice this month...

QOTW: What is it about our board that you love?
Still feeling new here, but have really appreciated getting to connect with others going through similar experiences. I was too new to really understand all the upheaval that happened. I will say, i checked out some of the other boards and found this one to be the most welcoming and focus on whats important (one advantage of being older i guess :)

I did had a question. I keep trying and cannot figure out how to add a signature. When i was first poking around the boards i found instructions, but haven't come across them since! Thanks anyone that can help!

Feel free to add any vents or shout outs.
@kindershlitz and @emsmama15 - sending positive thoughts your way for your IUIs!!
@URMySunshine77 - Hang in there. I am definitely not as optimistic and enthusiastic as when we started, but try and at least stay on the positive side. :)  My partner and i both travel a lot in the summer and its so frustrating when you have to skip a month - i can very much relate.

I don't know @suziq1978, I think CD16 looks good.  But I'm NOT an expert.  Have you considered OPKs?   The Wondfo brand OPKs were so helpful to me when I was still doing the charting deal.  Some women (myself included) get a darkening pattern that lets you know the LH surge is starting.  So, about 2 days before my positive, my OPK line would darken each time I took it.  I would do once per day until it started to darken and then I would increase to 2, sometimes 3 (when I was really obsessive about it) times per day.  I always caught my surge in the afternoon.  So helpful!!  The combo of temping and OPKs gave me so much information to work with.  Granted, it didn't get me pregnant, but not for lack of trying!  My darn ovaries had other plans.

    3. Have been using OPK sticks to try to determine if I've ovulated. So far, nada. Once I get a period, I will fire up my old fertility monitor again.

    4. Waiting to ovulate for the first time since 2012, presumably. (DD born in 2013, and then I went on the progesterone-only pill.)

    5. Anxious to get my cycles back. They were always long and irregular, so I feel like now that I'm 38, I really want to make the most of my chances.

I haven't been on this board for that long, but it seems like a good and mature group. I'm not sure if I should move over to the other board (been lurking there too), but I already feel invested in a lot of you guys' stories! For example, CML11, how are you feeling?! Beside yourself with excitement and anticipation, still? When is your first ultrasound so you can find out of if there is one or two little flickering orbs in there?!
