Just wanted to vent on AF! I went off BC on Xmas day and had a lightly spotted period about a week later. Today that bitch came back with a vengeance...I have never had cramps like this! I guess being on BC for 20 years was enough to piss her off. I definitely didn't have my hopes up, being my first month in but hopefully soon. I hope everyone is having a better week than I am! >:P

My friend said she got her period every two weeks after coming off BC. Not sure for how long though. Your body will regulate, give it time good luck!

So sorry I guess she's making up for lost time. I had the WORST cramps before going on the pill, none while taking it and not as bad after. It definitely sucks coming off all that stuff. I hope it doesn't last too long and you get regulated soon.

It could take 6 months for your body to adjust. Start temping if you want to figure out what your body is doing.

I am sorry!  Your body can go crazy after any major hormonal change. Hopefully it will not take long to regulate.  I agree with @hooligans4 start temping to know what your body is doing.

I agree.  Coming off birth control was a total drag!  I agree with the wise women who have already said it - start temping and charting so you know what's going on in your body.  Personally, my cycle was crazy for 4-5 months after coming off BC.

I hate that bitch too.......although I've never dealt with banning her for 20 years with BC....she sounds angry!
