Diaper Change Poll Time!

I am not sure which is harder these days buckling DS into his car seat or changing his diaper. Both require me to practically sit on top of him and a lot of self control not to shout curse words.

Edit: DD uses the potty hallelujah!

I picked smooth sailing cuz like 90% of the time when I ask Hannah if she wants a new diaper she says "ya, diaper". Or she'll come up and grab her diaper and say "poopy" (even if it's just really wet, basically telling us she wants a change) But man, that 10%, is hell when she gets it in her head she doesn't want a change

DD and I are in a power struggle regarding her bodily functions right now. She is potty training but 90% of the time she poops in her underwear. Just yesterday we had a poop catastrophe when I tried to change her. I mean poop on her legs, the floor of the bathroom, on the sink, of course on me and then the panties. Help!!!

Shannon and Quinn are completely trained which is great considering they are 8 and almost 6!

Sully I really procrastinated on training since truth be told, diapers are easier for ME and well, I just wasn't in the mood.  He's three and a half and it hit me that I better get on it so we've been working on it for a few weeks and he's all good with peeing and will say he needs to use the potty but he's still often time popping in his underwear which is not just gross but a huge mess.

Maren, well, she's my special snowflake in that she's the only one of the four to ever really kick, reach for her privates constantly, want to play with things, etc. during diaper changes.  She's better for me than for my husband but there are times when it's a struggle even for me.  I think I could probably train her now (she's two) but see above for the reasons I'm not.  I figure I'll wait to have the baby and then work on it maybe late summer with her.

Omg. @srveatch this is revolting. I'm so not ready to potty train. J just started asking it sit on the potty a few weeks ago. She has yet to execute any actual business on the potty.
