No I did not know I was going to have a c/s.....although I was prepared!  DH was NOT prepared!  Nor was my Dad!  DH kept telling me "Come on and push - you can do this!"....um honey - the Dr. just said that the babies head was crooked and NOT coming out this way even if we would use suction - which I said NO WAY to!  And everyone came in to tell goodluck with the c/s - it really wasn't rushed to get me in there - and when my Dad hugged me he started crying and had to leave the room.  Everyone was crying - I was like "HURRAY!  This baby is coming OUT!"...lol. But they induced me.  I was dilated by 7pm and pushed for 2 1/2 hours until he said we need a c/s.  So she was born at 10:52pm.
