Ihope

I am due back at work next week. Was wondering what you guys who've already returned to work or are preparing are doing to get ready to make it as smooth a transition as possible. I feel very unprepared and can't picture it in my mind just yet.

I went back to work when LO turned 4 weeks she is six weeks now. I am able to take her with me to work I am a home health aide. I would recommend giving yourself a lot of extra time to leave the house.

For me, I worked shorter hours at first. I also made sure I nursed him before I left (I breastfeed) to keep the bond. I think it could even work with a bottle too. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time and prep as much as possible the night before.
