I failed to check-in this week or respond to any of you ladies (I suck, I'm sorry) but I wanted to send my thoughts and prayers to @ikrystal and her little lady!
November 2010 - 10.5 week loss October2011 - DS (7) July 2014 - Stillborn DD (24 weeks) August 2015- DD (3) April 2018 - 5 week loss
@shandorfml2 All I know is info from stalking her blog. Sounds like she didn't know she was in labor, they must have realized it at one of her appointments.
dadalou - thank you for posting this and giving everyone a heads up. I actually read all this while I was in the hospital, but mobile bumping is hard and it wouldn't let me log in and respond. But please know all your support really kept my spirits up! This is all random preterm labor. I am about 4 cm dilated (originally 6 - yeah - no explanation for that), and my cervix is still closed, but 50% effaced. My body stalled around 6 am yesterday morning, baffling the doctors who thought I would deliver within hours of being admitted. I go to the doctor tomorrow morning to get checked again, and I'll be going often to make sure there has been no progress. Baby C is doing well, and although I want to meet her, I would love to keep her baking just a little longer. There are more details on my blog.
Thank you again ladies, from the bottom of my heart. You all are the best. I think at this point, I need to step away from leading the check ins. I'm not sure when I will be re-admitted (tonight, possibly?). I would still love to support all of you in the check ins and on this board in general, but I need to find a replacement to post the PgAL check in. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
I hope everyone is doing well. Lots of hugs and love to all.
Maybe Joleisa I used to think those dopplers were bad news - but can certainly see why they would bring comfort, especially after a loss. I like the idea of including a Molly Bear in pictures. Hope all is well with you.
@ikrystal Yay! I'm so glad that you are home again and baby C is still inside. I was thinking about you all day yesterday and hoping that no update meant no baby yet.
@ikrystal oh I'm so happy for you! what a wonderful gift from her big brothers! Hope Baby C stays in a bit longer! My 25 weeker came home from the NICU at 35 weeks so if baby C does need a NICU stay, hopefully it will be very short!
I will take over the check-in! I'll warn you all, I may suck at it and if you have any QOTWs you'd like us to do, let me know!
schulme2 Thank you so much for taking over the check in. I've loved doing it - it is very rewarding - and I hope you will too! Drop me a PM if you need help with anything.
