RE appointment today

Had our first appointment today. We are excited to have a plan. After a year and a half of trying and being given the diagnosis of unexplained infertility we are ready for the next step. We are moving forwards with IUI. Hopefully we can start if Feb. I am out of town for a little while so I'm hoping that doesn't make us have to push it out another month. The doctor is only recommendng trying IUI three times so fingers crossed it works right away.

    Good luck @kikabell!  I had my first IUI last month and will have my second next week.  It was easy peasy.  :)

    7/2013 - Sweet baby girl born (Clomid + TI)
    3/2014 - TTC #2, return to RE 7/2014
    12/2015: IVF #1 transferred two great looking embryos - BFP!
    First ultrasound: TWO beautiful little heartbeats!!
    Harmony: negative; level 2: babies look great and are boy/girl! :)

    My best friend had a very similar experience....unexplained infertility and then was pregnant after her first IUI. Best of luck!!

    Unexplained Secondary Infertility
    TTC#2 since Spring 2014
    Clomid 50mg BFP 8/27/15, chemical pregnancy 8/30/15
    Clomid 100mg IUI #1 10/12/15....BFN.
    TTC Break until January 2016.

    My husband and I have unexplained infertility. It can be very frustrating when even the experts can't tell you what the problem is. Clomid and IUIs didn't work for us, but I hope it does for you! It is very easy and I had no problems when taking clomid.
