I have a friend on Facebook, that I haven't talked to in years, that had a baby recently and named the baby Noe'. how in the world do you say that? Is it like Noah? I don't see this person ever so I haven't heard it said out loud..

I grew up with a boy named Noe. He pronounced it No-E.
